Back on topicness I think: I may have got myself into the 'popular' clique/group. Hmmm... Normally I'm in the nerdy one... Year 7 is weird.

When I went to a private school, I fit in with the popular kids, something I wanted my whole life and the funny thing was that I hated it. I liked my geeky cocoon, still do.

Lol, same here. But my school is just small enough that the only people I never talk to are the stoners/slackers. We don't really have a "popular" group in my class. If we do, i am unaware of being in it/not being in it.

We don't have popular group, but we have outcasts group, and it's composed by three people and one of them it's me.. lol...

My school is small, there's 65 kids in my grade (give or take a couple)
the guys cliques i haven't quite figured out, they all seem to get along with each other. There are the druggies though, they're separated from the rest of the guys.

And that's pretty much it for my grade. I just really only pay attention to my grade's cliques. I do have a friend in 10th grade who is part of a lesbian/bi clique. She's awesome! :]
I'm okay with cliques, just not the zombie cloned plastics in my grade.

There aren't really cliques at my school. The biggest division is between the year groups - Year 7, Year 8, Year 9, Year 10 (that'll be mine in September ) and Year 11. After that, there's three groups - the genuinely popular kids, who actually do have loads of friends, and are really nice. I have a couple of sorta friends in this group. Then there's the supposedly popular kids - in America they'd probably be Jocks or Cheerleaders... here they're just annoying unless you are one. Then the third group is the one I'm in - everyone else. But usually these groups (i.e. the proper 'cliques' - actual stereotypes like Goth, Emo etc) overlap like crazy because there's not that many people at my school and because the unpopular people don't really care who they hang out with as long as they don't have to go round on their own. I hang around with an emo, a Chinese guy, two day-glo orange spray tanned girls, a guy who randomly hugs everyone, two very short people who play music really loudly, a girl who doesn't really fit into any stereotype, a girl who thinks she is a goth but isn't really, and, occasionally, some of the 'genuinely popular' girls and one of their pothead friends. I probably class as a nerd.
...I know, my school is weird.

In my secondary school it was the chavs, stupid boys, popular, second popular, library nerds or outcasts. The latter wasn't a clique, it was where all the others went.

My secondary school was big, had over a thousand people D: Much too big for little me.

You think -your- school is small? I had 25 in my graduating class. The class below me has about 15.

We don't have much cliques in my school. There's the popular, whores, normal (meaning that you're not a popular person neither a nerd) and nerds. I belong to the normal ones xD

I don't know about high school, but my 8th grade class had 75 students. We all knew each others names.

High five for small classes.

I think my graduating class had somewhere between 500 and 700 people. We had a bunch of cliques, but I didn't really care. All the popular ones were assholes. I think I was definitely in the Band clique, but then again, I don't know that you'd call it a "clique."
