Ugh, or woot?

Today is the one year anniversy of my dad's stroke.

Today is also the first time he moved his arm on his own free will in a year.

But alas, as my father's health returns, my health declines.

I have an infection on my leg were some insect (not sure what kind) bit me, and it got... well infected.

I have some sort of stomach virus.

I usually get over the stomach virus, its just the fact that my mom's a RN, and comes in contact with teh swine flu, and with my weakened immune system, I'm just worried.

A very important part of your immune system is zinc. Take a zinc tablet once a week is what my doctor recommends (unless you already take a multivitamin that covers your daily dose). but not too often, zinc can poison you if you take too much.
