It snowed
Last Saturday, October 29th. We had "snow flurries" which didn't get the dictionary before they started. Nobody told the clouds that flurries aren't supposed to last all day and leave an inch of wet snow on the ground. We had trees splitting or exploding because we were still at the height of autumn color. Sunday morning at church we had a rosebush, still in full bloom, with snow all over it. Power went out for a lot of people, and stayed out for a long time for some of them. There were trees with a full set of leaves, some which hadn't even changed yet, covered in snow. It was a very interesting sight.
And I didn't have a camera.
