Re: The Crtl+V game!
I'd say this lot needs some work. Its a very interesting concept and ot could be made better by:
Lets start with the slide area:
-fixing that sharp hill up to the slides. It looks very unnatural. Why don't you make it look like a mountain with some grooves and indents and the like. Add terrain paint to add some dirt and stone and rocks and even sand, what ever you want. Add some small ground ivy or ferns to this area, not much, but enough to make it look natural. Then you can plop your stairs on your mountain.
-I think you mountain is too high, Maybe make one of the slides that high, but make one medium sized and a small one. This also would fit in with the bumpy mountain terrain you can create that I suggested before.
- The three slides at top look too uniform, this maybe fixed with the three different heights of slides, but I would add some cement pathways, something to walk on and maybe add some small flower boxes up top. The bar up there, as it is, looks totally out of place
Bathrooms:
As far as I can tell, they look fine, could you ppost some pictures of those?
Stand:
This I would rebuild. I would make a small indoor area for food and dining, and have the rest have a roof over it, like a shaded area, like a concession stand. I'll post a sample picture in a bit to show you what I mean. All the areas outside seem to clash and should be removed. If you want to have the tiki bar than you should consider making a tiki themed park. I would also move the pool further away from the eating area.
With all the changes, I would seriously consider starting over and on a larger lot. I know its hard to hear, but the way it is it probably will not be accepted. If you don;t want to do this, I would consider removing one or two of your slides (since its a simple water park, I would stay simple) and make them end in the same pool (which they probably should anyways) and trying to get a theme going. Let me know what you want to do and I will be happy to help in anyway possible through it all.
From CF. I didn't wanna lose it.

Bob Kane Trivia
Kane also created the television cartoon characters Courageous Cat, Minute Mouse and Cool McCool.
Created the comic superhero Batman in May 1939.
He created Batman from a combination of Zorro (a wealthy playboy/masked hero), the Shadow (a dark superhero), and Dracula (a bat-like creature).
The name 'Bruce Wayne' is derived from Scottish history's 'Robert the Bruce' and Revolutionary War General "Mad" Anthony Wayne.
Stated in "Cinescape" magazine that of all the actors who played Batman, he felt that Val Kilmer did it the best.
His famous comic book character 'Batman' made his debut in Detective Comics # 27 in May 1939. It is now a collector's classic and a near mint comic book can fetch upto $ 350,000 (in 2003).
Personally recommended Jack Nicholson for the role of the Joker in the original Batman (1989).
In 1939 he was a freelance artist with a small studio of artists to assist/ghost pencil his work. Among these young comic creators was the writer of the group, Bill Finger. They were hired by Kane, not National and all work to come out of the studio was credited to Bob Kane. When National Comics (eventually DC Comics) editor Vin Sullivan asked him to create the next "Superman", he created "The Batman," who he drew in a red outfit, a mask in the style of Zorro, and a glider based on a sketch by Leonardo Da Vinci and the 1932 film, The Bat Whispers (1930). He asked Finger for advice. It was Finger who suggested giving Batman a scalloped cape and an eared cowl, and he changed the costume from red to gray. He also introduced the detective aspect to Batman's character. He wrote the first Batman comic and many more. Yet he died poor and uncredited. Years later Kane expressed regret over this, yet he never allowed Finger to be credited as a co-creator.
Gave Adam West, who portrayed Batman on the 1960s TV series, a drawing of Batman with the inscription "To my buddy Adam, who breathed life into my pen and ink creation."
When signing a print of Batman and Robin in flight for an old friend, signed it "Bats Wishes Always".
The character Alfred Pennyworth was patterned after the servant Bernardo in the Zorro series. Sir Anthony Hopkins appeared in The Mask of Zorro (1998), at one point pretending to be the servant Bernardo. Hopkins was later offered the role of Alfred in Batman Begins (2005), but turned it down.
Was set to have a cameo in Tim Burton's first Batman film, but had to back out due to poor health. He sketched the picture of the man-bat shown to Knox (Robert Wuhl) that appears in the film.
In his later years Kane was married to actress Elizabeth Sanders, who had minor roles in three Batman films: Batman Returns (1992), Batman Forever (1995), and Batman & Robin (1997).
Was inspired by Conrad Veidt in "The Man who laughs" (1928) to create Batman's Nemesis, The Joker.
Personal Quotes
[Talking about director Tim Burton]: "Tim has a great vision. Unfortunately he gets so involved with the characterization of the villains, and the scenic backgrounds, that at times he forgets about the story line."

Re: The Crtl+V game!
I think these are quite lovely, but do have a few problems.
I think the first one would be that I didn't know if there are too many swamp-lands in east Asia. This, of course, isn't really a problem if you know better, because frankly, it's a very nice swamp. The third picture it also extremely blurry. It's hard to tell whether it's the texture you chose or your computer, but you'll either want to find a higher quality texture or up your graphics temporarily.
The last problem I can see is also with your pictures. To be frank, they're just not doing the lot justice or showing it off to the best of their ability. For example, the second picture would be better served showing to entire lot with the walls and roof on all the way. You're showing lots of top-down-floor-layout looks, which are necessary, but you've done too many. The 4th picture has no furniture on it, and doesn't really need to be shown. The 6th picture could also have the edges taken off to just focus on the area with furniture. I'd also suggest minimizing your top-down pictures and working them into one large picture. Top-down views are important for showing the order of the furniture, whether or not the house is playable, and what colors the room are, but it doesn't really show off the rooms themselves. I think some detail shots would really work well to give a better impression of what your decorating looks like.
The next house, the modern one, I really like. Although the single column holding it up, doesn't completely look realistic, I think it looks realistic enough and is probably possible. (I'm not an architect, so I wouldn't know, but they have really strong materials these days) I especially love the white fence at the bottom, it looks very realistic. The fence from the street to the door looks a little odd, in that it doesn't match the rest of the color scheme too well, but I think, for some reason, it actually looks pretty nice. You could try working with a different color for the fence. (preferably, white)
Overall, I think you seem to be a really good builder! We all have rejections, but I think in the end, the hard work makes uploading to MTS so much more satisfying than uploading to the exchange, where anyone can post and usually good lots don't seem to get the recognition they deserve. I'd say keep at it!
Nitpicking, what else? XD
