Being very dizzy due to new glasses after not wearing them for about 6 years or so. I also needed bi-focals, and they said that in my situation progressives would probably be easier to get used to.

But after 2 hours, all I can say is: The ground is up around my knees, except on my left side where there is a ledge. The whole world zig-zags every time I move my head. and things keep getting blurry because I don't have the right part of my lenses pointed there. (Everything off to the sides is blurry anyway because that part of the lens is wasted space.) I can see better when the glasses are pointed in the right place, but worse otherwise.
