I'm with a friend right now at her school library, and I found out why NI is blocked at my local library....
For some reason this is listed with them as an Adult site?!

Try a portal website, I used to use ptunnel.com, if that doesn't work, then try different letters in place of p. Once on th site, you type your website. This was like 3 years ago, but I am sure that there is other site like it. I shall keep an eye out.

I finally got the library to let me in anyway. Apparently there is still some mix-up between us and the other Nintendorks, but I go to church with the head of the library so I had a string to pull to get the confusion sorted out.
