Eh? How do I embed an image in my post?

If your image is hosted at another site such as Tinypic, Photobucket, or Imageshack, embedding it is easy. Simply go to the page where the image is hosted, and look for the copy-field that contains a link in [IMG] tags. One such link is shown below:

Code:
[IMG]http://i27.tinypic.com/2hdzn1w.jpg[/IMG]

When not placed inside [CODE] tags, that link would manifest like so:

If your image is not hosted on another site, and you wish to host it here, click the button above the reply field that has a small photograph and a floppy disk in it. This will prompt a pop-up that you can use to host an image with our imagehost, Servimg. If you wish to host a picture on your computer, click the browse button, locate the file, and click "Open," choose your resizing option (you do not have to choose an option, our forums will automatically size down any images that are too large, however the full images are still available. This is the recommended option, as your image will be viewable at full size), and click "Host it." Then, copy the code in the box under "Image URL," and paste the code into your message, making sure to put [code]How do I embed an image in my post? Code here[/code] tags on either side.

The advantage to having your own account with an outside server is that you can go back and view all of the images you have hosted, whereas with our server you cannot.
