Mini-Contest: Create a new smiley/icon!

You may have noticed that the smilies have been getting rearranged and updated lately. Well, this is to make room for a new category: User Created Smilies! This category is for smilies created by our own users for the site (Icons will be placed in the "Specialty" category)! Is there that one smiley that you wish we had, but we don't? Want to express something special, but just can't find the right smiley for it? Well, here's your chance to remedy that!

Here are the rules:

• All smilies must be made from scratch by the entrant
  
• Users may enter as many smilies as they wish, and each will be a separate entry
  
• When the entry period closes, the site at large will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite smiley, which will be added to the collection
  
• Maximum size for smilies such as is 16x16, and for icons such as 25x25
  
• You may enter icons such as: , , or , but they must fit the theme of NI, such as one of our memes (like ham cookies!)
  

I look forward to seeing your entries, and since the site at large shall be the ones determining the winner, I will need no judges.
