Site Updates: New VIPs and a Graphical Update !

Congratulations to our two new VIPs, Vampy and Ghost! They were voted by the current VIPs to be the newest additions! Use your power wisely, ladies.

From the technical end, I've replaced the Mod, Admin, and Banned banners. just needed updating, I guess. Also, I condensed the contest trophy minIcons down to one little icon. That icon signifies that the user has won at least a single trophy. You can <--see it right over there.
